Cooking instructions for Sensational Shortbread

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix butter and vanilla on high speed with mixer until fluffy. Reduce speed and add cookie mix until
rough dough is formed. Roll dough between wax paper to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutters. Place cookies 1/2 inch
appart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake until firm and begin to color, approx. 15 minutes. Cool. Store in an airtight container
at room temperature.

If desired, chocolate chips can be added to the dough before rolling and cutting. For a fancy look, dip cookies in melted
chocolate and refrigerate to harden.
