Where are your mixes put together?
Our mixes are assembled in comercially licensed kitchens in Evergreen, Colorado.
Do you third party test your products for allergens?
At this time we do not have this testing procedure in place. We do however purchase our ingredients from the high quality suppliers and take the utmost precautions to prevent any cross contamination.
Is your site secure?
We are processing your order and the payments through paypal's secure processing site. For more informations, please visit the paypal website.
Do all of your mixes contain baking powder?
No. The following mixes do NOT contain baking powder: Chocolate Chip Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chocolate Dream Pudding™, and Sensational Shortbread™.
What shipping carriers do you use?
The US Post Office through paypal, or Fedex.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
What can I use as a subsitute for milk?
Vanilla Ricemilk or Soymilk can be used as substitute for milk. Some customers without nut allergies enjoy making the Chocolate Dream Pudding with Almond Milk.
What can I use as a subsitute for butter?
Earth Balance® Natural Buttery Sticks
What can I use as a subsitute for eggs?
You can use either Ener G® Egg Replacer (follow directions on the box) or do the following:
1 egg = 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds plus 3 tablespoons water.
